activate my card?
Your temporary access code is given to you on a slip of paper when you received
your card. You must have this temporary access code in order to activate your card.
If you do not have your temporary access code, please return to the Public Safety
Click here to activate your card now, or call toll-free 866.979.9021 and follow the voice prompts to activate your card.
You must do this before you can use your card.
Record (but don't share) the four-digit PIN you chose. You'll need your PIN for
ATM use and high dollar purchases at participating merchants. Also, securely record
the 4 to 6 digit numeric access code you chose. You'll need your access code to
log in to your account by phone and online.

Click "Add Value to Card" to add funds to your card via bank transfer or credit/debit
Grant your Family and/or Friends permission to add value to your account by visiting
the "Family & Friends" link in the "My GSB Account" box.

report a lost or stolen

Log in to the left and click the "Report your Card Lost/Stolen" link.
For your security, if your card is lost or stolen, it is deactivated. Don't worry
— your funds are safe — but you must get a replacement card at the Public
Safety office . You'll need to activate your replacement card over the phone.
