Using your OneCard around campus.
The Mt.Holyoke College (MHC) Pioneer OneCard program, powered by the Give Something Back NetworkSM, provides students, faculty and staff the convenience of carrying just one card for all of your needs around campus. Your OneCard functions as a campus ID card as well as an FDIC-insured, prepaid card that works like cash on and off campus. No fees are charged for purchases or cash back at .*
Your OneCard can be used for:
- Off-campus purchases
- Residence hall and building access
- Vending and laundry
- Library checkout
- Bookstore purchases
- Printing and copying
- Activities and events
- Prescriptions at the Health Center
- Purchasing a variety of items at Auxiliary Services
Click here to activate your card online, or call 866.979.9014 and follow the prompts to activate your card. You must do this before you can use your card.
Record (but don't share) your four-digit PIN — required when you make a purchase at participating merchants — and your 4 to 6-digit numeric password (access code) — needed to log in to your account by phone or online.

- If you have not successfully logged in to your account before, enter the 16-digit card number on the front of your card and the 4 to 6-digit password (access code) you created.
Once you have successfully logged in to your account:
1. Click "Add Value to Card" to add funds to your card with a credit/debit card or via bank transfer.
2. Explore the rest of the site! You can:
- View your balance, reload and transaction history
- Report a lost or stolen card
- Manage your profile
- Change your address

To report a lost or stolen card, call 866.979.9014 or above and click the "Report lost card" link.
For your security, if your card is lost or stolen, it is deactivated. Don't worry — your funds are safe — but you must get a replacement card at Auxiliary Services. You'll need to activate your replacement card over the phone.
